- This SIM card supports 3G / 4G / 5G handsets. Before using the service, customers must use Lucky2’s designated settings (including but not limited to APN settings, applicable to data services only) and compatible devices.
- LuckySIM reserves the right to suspend the service if illegal or improper use of the SIM card is found.
- LuckySIM reserves the right of final decision on charges, account balance, validity period, and incentive arrangements.
- LuckySIM reserves the right to amend charges and these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- No refund will be given once the order is confirmed.
- In response to changes in market conditions and service arrangements, LuckySIM reserves the right to add, remove, amend, or adjust the list of roaming data network operators at any time in order to maintain and optimize service quality without prior notice.
- Network availability, coverage, and service quality may vary due to location, device, network load, and environmental/interference factors, and may be affected during peak usage.
- The 5G service depends on the 5G network coverage of the network provider. If there is no 5G network coverage, it will automatically switch to other supported network standards.
- To ensure fair use, a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) may be applied in accordance with the telecommunications service provider’s business practices.
